The Emotional Culture Deck (ECD)

The ECD is a simple yet powerful tool designed to help leaders and teams discuss and shape the emotional culture of their workplace. Unlike traditional culture tools that focus solely on values and behaviours, The ECD uncovers the feelings and emotions that influence how people work and interact.

I am a certified facilitator and trainer of the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, EverythingDiSC, Wealth Dynamics, Emotional Culture Deck, and the Incredible Years programmes. These are all proven tools for enhancing communication, collaboration, and performance with people from all backgrounds.

As an international speaker, facilitator, coach, and mentor, I have worked with a wide range of clients across various industries, from professional services and education, to tradies, government and financial services. I've worked with people aged from 0 to 80, in 6 different countries in person, and many more online.
